Fair questions
What happens if I cancel?
Your site keeps running through the end of your billing period, and nothing in it is designed to break when a subscription lapses. If you own your code (hand-off), your deployed system keeps working — you just stop receiving updates.
Can I own the code outright?
Yes. Every system is a standalone codebase, so hand-off is a real option: you keep your own repository, and updates become an optional subscription instead of a requirement.
Who owns my domain and my data?
You do, in both cases. Your domain stays registered to you, and your business data is yours — we provide export tooling and will hand over a full copy on request.
Is there a contract?
Month-to-month for the run fee. Setup is a one-time project fee. Founding-customer pricing is locked in for you when you sign — future price changes apply to new clients.
How do AI credits work?
AI features are prepaid: you buy a credit pack, each action costs a fixed number of credits, and hard daily caps mean you can never wake up to a surprise bill.
